FINAL ORDER:-

1. Heard finally. On hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties we are inclined to dispose of the present Petition, specifically in view of the fact that the Petitioner's representation as stated are pending since a long. Considering the representation dated 26.08.2015 and specifically para No.4 reference is also made to the Supreme Court Judgment in Shabina Abraham V/s Collector of Central Excise and Customs 1 The Respondents are required to consider the representation in accordance with law. Therefore, we direct the Respondents to decide representation dated 26.8.2015 in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within four months. Petition is disposed of accordingly. Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
