On 15th June, 2015 this Court directed the Plaintiff to file their Affidavit of Evidence, Affidavit of Documents and Compilation of Documents on or before 13th July, 2015. The Plaintiffs failed to comply with the directions of this Court and sought extension of time on 8th July, 2015. On 8th July, 2015 this Court passed the following order :

"Mentioned. Not on board. Taken on board.

2. Time to comply with the order dated 15th June, 2015 by the Plaintiff and Defendant is extended upto 27th July, 2015. It is clarified that no further time shall be granted to the Plaintiff and Defendant to comply with the order dated 15th June, 2015.

3. Stand over to 27th July, 2015".
