Learned Counsel for the parties have tendered Consent Terms dated 27th November, 2017 by which it stated that the Suit between the parties stands amicably resolved. The Consent Terms are signed on behalf of the plaintiff by the authorised signatory and also by the autorised signatory of Defendant No.1. The Consent Terms are also signed by Defendant No.2 and Defendant No. 3. The Consent Terms are also signed by the respective Advocates for the parties. There is no dispute on signatures as appearing on the Consent Terms. Accordingly, the Consent Terms dated 27th November, 2017 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The undertaking in paragraph 2 of the Consent Terms is accepted.

The Suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. Refund of Court Fees, if any, as per the Rules. 3.
In view of the disposal of the Suit, Chamber Summons Nos.5 and 6 of 2016 as well as Summons for Judgment No.7 of 2017 do not survive and same stands disposed of.
