The grievance of the Petitioner is that inspite of submitting representation on 4th May, 2016 before the Commissioner and Ward Officer of the BMC in regard to installation of Mobile Tower on the building known as 'Mhatre Palace' situated on the plot bearing Survey No.106, H. No.2, CTS No.1203 of village Eksar at Link Road, Borivili(W),

WP.1425/2016(P-903) Mumbai no action has been taken in regard to the said representation by the Respondent.

Having considered the submissions made by learned Counsel for the parties we dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No.2 to look into the Petitioner's grievance as reflected in his representation dated 4th May, 2016, Exhibit-C and take appropriate action on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 3 months from the receipt of this order.
