Learned counsel appearing for the applicant tenders affidavit of service dated 22nd June, 2016 and submits that the respondent has been served. Affidavit of service is taken on record.

By this chamber summons, the applicant seeks amendment to the arbitration petition as per schedule appended to the chamber summons. The name of the respondent has been changed to Dynametic Overseas Private Limited. For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the chamber summons, chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the arbitration petition shall

Place the Arbitration Petition No.1288 of 2015 on board for admission on 20th July, 2016.
