The Chamber Summons seeks to have the Applicant impleaded in place of the original Petitioner in this revocation Petition. The original Petitioner has passed away. There is a delay of 197 days, or so the Applicant claims, in filing this Petition. He also seeks to set aside the abatement.

Ms. Irani is instructed to oppose the application most strenuously. She does, with all the considerable vim and vigour at her command. She also makes a fervent plea for costs. 3.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
