The learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy against the Respondent No. 4. The request deserves to be granted. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed. If the Petitioner takes recourse to the remedy, the concerned authority is bound to note this writ petition was filed on 23rd May, 2014 and it was remained pending in this Court till today.
