There was an order of 3rd May 2017 that directed the present Applicant Sarfaraz Mumtaz Ahmed Sheikh to hand over possession of Shop No. 1, Ground Floor, Rehmania Castle, Nishanpada Cross Lane, Mumbai 400 009. On 13th May 2017, parties took an order by consent before the Vacation Court (KK Tated J) in terms of the 23rd May 2017

17-ARBPL338-17.DOC minutes signed by the Advocates for the Petitioner and Respondent No. 4 and by those parties themselves. The Motion was disposed of in those terms. The Petitioner agreed to give the 4th Respondent additional time till 12th June 2017. Nothing further is required to be done except to note that there are two inadvertent errors in the order of 13th May 2017. These are, by consent, corrected a follows: 3.

In paragraph 3, the name of Mr Vanoo is to be replaced with the name of Mr Singh.

In paragraph 5, the last sentence is to be corrected to read:- "By consent of both parties Motion is disposed of in terms of the Minutes of the Order dated 13th May 2017." 5.

List the matter for limited purpose of compliance along with the Arbitration Petition on 13th June 2017.
