Mr. Deshpande, the Court Receiver submitted that in pursuance of the Order dated 23.6.2016 the office of the Court Receiver has already issued notice to the petitioners herein and has scheduled the meeting on 12.6.2017 for fixing royalty pertaining to the suit premises. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the interest of justice the said date may be pre-poned as the petitioners are facing professional difficulties as said premises is sealed.

2) In view thereof, the Court Receiver is hereby directed to pre-pone the said meeting on 22.5.2017 at 11.30 a.m. 3) In view of the above, the prayers in the present petition are worked out and the petition is accordingly disposed off. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
