There is a delay of 27 days in filing the Appeal laying a challenge to the order dated 17.10.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge disposing of Arbitration Petition No. 1022 of 2016. It is pleaded in the Notice of Motion that the impugned order was uploaded on 30.10.2018 and from 04.11.2018 till 18.11.2018 the Court was in recess on account of Diwali. The Appeal was filed on 13.12.2018. 2.

Though the reasons are not very convincing but keeping in view the facts that the delay is of only 27 days in lodging the Appeal, we 1/2
