The Petitioners are essentially challenging the measures taken under the SARFAESI Act. The Petitioners have remedy before the DRT. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the Petitioners to approach DRT. All contentions are kept open.
