This is an application for amendment in the cause title and corrections in the body of the petition on the ground that the original petitioner, namely, Cairn India Ltd. has now been merged with the applicant Vedanta Ltd. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent concedes to the said fact. In view thereof, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant to carry out the necessary amendments as per the schedule annexed to the petition within a period of two weeks from today.
