---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 12.6.2018 P.C.:- Ms.Sapra on instructions from the applicant no.1 who is present in court states that the applicants will co-operate with the Official Liquidator and will attend the office of the Official Liquidator as and when called upon. Ms.Sapra states that the applicant no.1 does not have a permanent address and he is living on leave and license. Ms.Sapra states that the applicant no.1 will provide his KJ

2/2 10.CA263.18 current address and as and when there is a change in address, he will inform the Official Liquidator within one week of change of address. Ms.Sapra on instructions from the applicant no.1 who is present in court states that on every alternate Wednesday, the applicants will go to the office of Official Liquidator and inquire about the next date of meeting. Ms.Sapra further states that the applicants will attend the office of Official Liquidator at 5.00 P.M. on 14.6.2018. Ms.Sapra further states that for the delay in filing the statement of affairs, the applicants will pay sum of Rs.50,000/- as cost to the Official Liquidator and this amount will be paid in two installments. The 1st installment of Rs.30,000 will be paid on or before 30.6.2018 and the 2nd installment of Rs.20,000/- will be paid on or before 31.7.2018. In view of the above order, application disposed.
