By this application, the applicants/original petitioners are seeking post-grant amendment of letters of administration issued on 20.07.2019. 2.
It is submitted that after the grant was issued, the petitioners came across further assets lying to the credit of the deceased. The details of such assets are given at Exhibit B to the application. The applicants seek to amend the grant, to include the aforesaid assets. 3.
The testamentary petition was an uncontested proceeding and therefore, this Court is inclined to allow the present application. 4.
In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as follows:

2_IA_2267_23.doc "(a) the Applicants (Original Petitioners) may be allowed to amend the Schedule-I and Schedule-III of the aforesaid Petition No. 2727 of 2018 as per the Schedule hereto annexed and marked as Exhibit-B and thereafter the original Letters of Administration dated 20th July, 2019 to the Applicants (Original Petitioners), in accordance therewith and make consequential amendment in the Petition;"

Amendment be carried out within three weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with. Department to take consequential steps in the matter.
