Heard the counsels and also considered the affidavit in support. In view of the averments contained in the affidavit in support, the company application in allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under :- "(a) That leave under Section 279 of the Companies Act, 2013 (earlier mentioned as Section 446 of the Companies Act, 1956) be granted to the Applicants to file a fresh Suit for Enforcement of Securities and recovery of amounts due against the Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay who is appointed as Liquidator of the Respondent."

Company Application disposed accordingly.
