We find that all these petitions have been filed on 27.04.2018. In the circumstances, in our considered view these petitions can also be disposed of in terms of the order passed by this court in the various writ petitions including in WP (L) No. 1389 of 2018 in the case of Harish Anupchand Mehta and anr. Vs. Union of India and Ors. decided on 26.4.2018. 3.
So far as the fact that the last date for availing under the COD 2018 scheme has expired on 30.4.2018, in view of the observations made by the Division Bench of Delhi High Court in paragraph 17 of the order passed in the case of Prem Paul Verma and anr. Vs. Union of Indiaa and Ors. WP © No.4344 of 2018 and CM Appl. No. 16852 of 2018 in which keeping in view the fact that 30.4.2018 being the gazetted holiday on account of Buddha Pournima and 28th and 29th April also not working days being week end, the date was extended by the Division Bench of High court of Delhi upto 15.05.2018, we observe that the petitioners are entitled to avail CODs scheme as they had filed the writ petitions on 27.4.2018 in view of the order passed in Prem Paul Verma
(supra).

As a result, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of and for the reasons stated in the order dated 26/04/2018 passed by this court in the case of Harish Mehta (supra). The directions contained in the said order shall apply with full force in these writ petitions also.
