Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

i.

The order dated 29th March, 2014 passed by the CLB stands confirmed with the only modification that instead of Rs.2 Lacs payable by each defaulter, the defaulters shall pay Rs.1 Lac each. ii.

The cost shall be paid within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.

iii.

All concerned to act on an ordinary copy of this order duly
