From the order dated 25-04-2014, it appears that when the Company Petition was called out for hearing, none appeared for the Petitioner as well as the Respondent and the Petition was therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution. In view thereof, for reasons set out in the affidavit in support of the Company Application, the order dated 25-04-2014 dismissing the Company Petition is set aside and the Company Petition is restored to file. 3.

Place the Company Petition No.184 of 2013 for Directions on 1901-2015, first on board. 2.
