By this review petition, the review petitioner seeks recall of the order dated 8th March, 2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2047 of 2015.

Learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner invited my attention to paragraph 9 of the order dated 8th March, 2016 passed by this Court and submits that the respondent no.3 had made incorrect statement before this Court and based on such statement, this Court had rejected the petition filed by the review petitioner. In 1/2

p-1rpwl25-16 my view, no review petition can be filed on this ground. No further submission is advanced by the leaned counsel for the review petitioner. In my view, there is no error apparent on record of the order passed by this Court.

No case is thus made out for recall of the order dated 8th March, 2016 passed by this Court.

The review petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
