NMS1265.13-42 CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.1456 OF 2015 Mr. Jagtiani appearing for the defendants states that since the plaintiffs are yet to take out summons for judgment as per the liberty granted by this Court vide order dated 15.10.2016 the Chamber summons may be allowed subject to keeping open the rights and contentions of the defendants to be taken at the appropriate stage. Chamber summons therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clauses-(a) & (b). Rights and contentions of the defendants are expressly kept open.

The plaintiffs to amend the plaint and serve copy of the amended plaint along with the summons for judgment and affidavit in support thereof which Shri Lohia states will be done within 3 weeks from today. Statement accepted.
