The learned Advocate for the Respondent states that since the order of status quo is granted by the Orissa Court in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent, because of which the Respondent will not be able to move its vessel from the Paradeep Port, the above Arbitration Petition has now become infructous. Accordingly, the above Arbitration Petition is disposed of as infructous. However, it is clarified that in the event of the Orissa Court not having passed an order of status quo, the above Petition shall stand revived and the Petitioner shall be at liberty to move this Court.
