On 18th August 2022, we have observed that the contentions of the Petitioner that the Petitioner is demoted and the salary has been curtailed cannot be the contempt of the Court's order dated 19th May 2021. 2.

On 19th May 2021, the Court had adjourned the Writ Petition and had observed that further steps taken by the Respondents in regard to the subject matter of the Writ Petition shall be subject to the further orders in 1/2

In light of that, the question of the contempt of the said order does not arise.
