Eighteen months period would expire on 10th July, 2018. The arbitral proceedings are at the evidence stage. The arbitral tribunal is granted 12 months time to make an award with effect from 11th July, 2018. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. The parties are directed to co-operate with each other and also with the learned arbitral tribunal in rendering an award within the extended period.

The commercial arbitration petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The parties are directed to convey this order upon the arbitral tribunal for compliance.
