After this Petition was argued for some time, it is agreed between both sides that it can be conveniently disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2 that in the event a list of documents, which the Petitioner desires to inspect and obtain copies, is provided, Respondent No.2 shall allow inspection in his office on the date and time convenient to him and also permit taking xerox copies of the documents on payment of usual costs, charges and expenses by the Petitioner. 2.
