also annexed to the consent terms. The Advocates for the defendants have identified their signatures.

3. The defendants submit to a decree in terms of the consent terms.

4. I therefore pass the following order; (i) Suit is decreed in terms of the consent terms. (ii) Interim orders if any are vacated and the interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed.

(iii) Refund of court fees, if any, as per rules.

(iv) Assistant of this Court.
