The only prayer being pressed by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner is that the Application of the Petitioner dated 24 November 2014 for eligibility which is pending before the Respondent No.2 Deputy Collector (ENC/REM) and Competent Authority be directed to be decided expeditiously.

In the circumstances, it is directed that the said Application of Petitioner dated 24 November 2014 which is pending before the Respondent No.2 Deputy Collector (ENC/REM) & Competent Authority shall be decided expeditiously and in any event within a period of eight weeks from today.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
