In this matter Letters of Administration without Will were issued on 23rd June, 2023. It was an uncontested proceeding. 3.

Today, the matter is mentioned seeking a minor correction in the schedule of property concerning the said letters of Administration. It is pointed out that in serial no. 15 of the said schedule, it is erroneously mentioned that 9 equity shares of Asian Paints Limited stood in the name of the deceased. The actual figure is 90 equity shares. In that context schedule of amendment is appended to the praecipe seeking such correction and consequent correction in the market value of the equity shares. This would also result in consequential amendment of the total figure at the end of the table pertaining to the market value.

It is submitted that since KYC is to be submitted by 30th September, 2023, there is urgency in the matter. 5.

Considering the fact that this was an uncontested proceeding and the amendment sought is only for a typographical error, this Court is inclined to grant the same. 6.

Accordingly, the praecipe is disposed of by permitting amendment of schedule of property in terms of the schedule of amendment appended to the praecipe.

The amendment be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.
