Mr Jagtiani states that Petitioner will file a Section 11 application on or before 10th March 2017. That application is to be listed on 15th March 2017. He does not press this Petition under Section 9 but seeks leave to reserve liberty to move the arbitral tribunal. This is reasonable.

The present application under Section 9 will, subject to the order on the Section 11 application, be permitted to move before the arbitrator for interim reliefs under Section 17. 3.

The Arbitration Petition is disposed of in these terms. No costs.
