The grievance of the Petitioner is that vide letter dated 5th March, 2014 the approval for suspension of Respondent No. 3 was applied but till date neither the prayer has been accepted nor rejected and no order has been passed on the application seeking approval for suspension.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of the Petition by directing Respondent No. 2 to consider and take appropriate decision Vishal Parekar 1/2

25-wp-1359-2014 on the Petitioner's application dated 5th March, 2014 (Exhibit 'F') as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
