In paragraph no.11.1 of the appeal it is mentioned that the disputed claim in the appeal is valued at Rs.53.99 Lakhs. 2.

Mr. Sharma states that though he does not have written instructions to withdraw the appeal, since the same is below the monetary limits specified in Circular No.17/2019 dated 8th August, 2019, the court may still dismiss the appeal as withdrawn.
