The counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition since petitioner's claim has been settled.

The counsel for respondent states that pursuant to order dated 31st October, 2017 notice regarding withdrawal of this company petition has been given in Navshakti (in Marathi) and Free Press Journal (in English) on 14th November, 2017. The notice says that "any claim or objection should be given to the office of respondent's Advocate within five days failing which the petition will be disposed as withdrawn". The counsel for respondent further states that they have not received any claim or objection.

In the circumstances, petition stands disposed as withdrawn. The counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the amount of Rs.10,000/- deposited by petitioner with the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay.

The counsel for petitioner states that whatever documents were to be handed over as per the original consent terms filed on 23rd October, 2015 shall be handed over within two weeks of receiving the request from respondent, if not earlier.
