Mr.Kale for the claimant/applicant states that respondent nos.1 and 2 are not traceable and when the Sheriff's bailiff went to serve the notice, the doors were found locked and the neighbours informed that their whereabouts are not known. In fact, as far as respondent no.2 is concerned, the room where he was staying was demolished. Mr.Kale seeks leave to withdraw the Execution Application with liberty to file fresh petition as and when they are able to trace the two respondents.

The Execution Application dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
