Since Canara Bank has already paid an amount of Rs.3,000/- towards costs of the above Report, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :
(a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing accounts and Plaintiff/Defendant may be directed to pay cost, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver as per the provisional statement prepared by this Registry, upon taking inspection; 2.
The charges and expenses of the Court Receiver shall be paid by the bank within a period of two weeks from today. The Report is accordingly disposed off.
