Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant in support of the Notice of Motion. Applicant is the Writ Petitioner. The prayer is for fixing an early date of hearing of the Writ Petition of the year 2014. By amending the Petition, order of de-registration of the Applicant as a contractor has been challenged. 2.
