Petitioner claims to be lessee of the land. The land in question was declared as slum by corrigendum dated 30.8.2004. There is a gross delay in filing the petition. Hence, writ petition is dismissed, reserving right of the Petitioner to approach an appropriate authority, if he so desires. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
