Learned counsel for the parties state that they have arrived at an amicable settlement of the suit claim. They tender consent terms signed by parties and their Advocates. Signatories are present and are duly identified by their Advocate. Accordingly, I pass the following order :

(i) Suit is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. (ii) Undertakings contained in the consent terms are accepted. (iii) In view of the disposal of the suit summons for judgment does not survive hence summons of judgment is also disposed. (iv) Refund, if any, as per rules.
