After some arguments, Mr Pilankar seeks to withdraw the Motion with liberty to file a fresh Motion not only for a modification of the order of 21st November 2017 but for additional reliefs in regard to the bank accounts of the deceased including those mentioned at pages 12 and 13 to the Affidavit in Support of the 10th October 2018

25-NMT130-18.DOC present Notice of Motion and for further reliefs against the Respondents to bring back all amounts realised by him from the bank accounts, fixed deposits and other holdings of the deceased. 2.

Motion dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Further liberty to the Applicant-Petitioner to mention the matter for urgent ad-interim reliefs once that Motion is filed and served. 3.
