The above Company Petition was admitted by an order dated 1703-2015. The same has been advertised. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner informs the Court that in response to the said advertisement, no claims have been received by him. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner further informs the Court that in view of the Supplemental Agreement dated 20-04-2015 executed by and between the parties, the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the above Petition. A copy of the Supplemental Agreement is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Since the admission of the Company Petition was advertised in two local newspapers only on 27-03-2015 and no claims have been received pursuant to the said advertisements, no direction are issued to once again issue advertisements inviting claims from ssp 1/2
