The same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder : (a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing account and Plaintiff may be directed to pay costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver, as per the provisional statement of Accounts prepared by this Registry upon taking inspection;

(b) that the cost of and incidental to the Report be fixed at Rs.3,000/- and the Plaintiff/Plaintiffs may be directed to deposit the same in the office of the Court Receiver; 2.

The dues of the Court Receiver including costs and expenses shall ssp 1/2

crr 327 of 2015 (914).sxw be paid by the Bank within two weeks from the date of this order. The Report is accordingly disposed of.
