COMPANY PETITION NO.579 OF 2014 Ms. Kapil, counsel for respondent company tenders copy of an order delivered on 29th September 2017 by National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai (NCLT). By this order, NCLT has considered an application filed under Section 30 (6) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) filed by the Insolvency Resolution Professional (IRP) for submission of the resolution plan approved by the Committee of Creditors of the corporate debtor company under Section 30 (4) of IBC for approval of the NCLT to the resolution plan approved by the Committee of Creditors. The NCLT has favourably considered the application and has approved the Gauri Gaekwad

2/2 21.CP-401-2014.doc resolution plan filed by IRP which had the blessings of the Committee of Creditors.

In view thereof, this petition does not survive. Petition accordingly disposed with liberty to petitioner to take such steps to recover their dues as payable under the resolution plan approved by NCLT. COMPANY PETITION NO.401 OF 2014 Stand over to 3rd July 2018 for admission.
