We accept the statement made on instructions. In fact, in the light of what is recorded in paragraph 7 of the said Judgment and Order, the 1st Respondent ought not have issued the impugned communication. We accept the aforesaid statement made on instructions. The learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 states that necessary action will be taken within a period of eight weeks from today.
