Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs the court that the Advocates of the Petitioner, who were instructing him, no longer appear for the Petitioner. Learned Counsel submits that the Advocates have returned their papers. None appears for the Respondents. On the last occasion, a similar statement was made on behalf of the Respondents that their Advocates have given no objection certificate and were no longer appearing for the Respondents. The Advocates were discharged on the last occasion and the matter was stood over with a view to give one last opportunity to the Petitioner to prosecute the contempt petition. Since there is no effective appearance on behalf of the Petitioner, the contempt petition is dismissed.
