Perused the affidavit dated 17.05.2017 of Mr. Shivaji Govind Kokare. It is stated therein that he has filed Guardianship Petition No.34 of 2009 in this Court and the same was disposed on 16.09.2009. The said Petition was filed for guardianship of Ms Mansi Yeshwant Kokare. Petitioner is the brother of the deceased father of the minor. Mansi was born on 20.09.1998 and became major on 20.09.2016. The deceased father of Mansi was working in the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (for short 'NABARD'). On 16.09.2009, this Court directed that the service and terminal dues including pension, if any, payable on account of the services of the deceased shall be paid over to the Accounts Officer of this Court by NABARD as and when they become due and payable. The Accounts Officer was directed to invest the same in a fixed deposit of a nationalized bank and the interest accrued thereon quarterly was to be paid over to the petitioner for the maintenance and upkeep of the minor. The monies so invested were directed to be paid to Mansi Y. Kokare upon her attaining majority.

Along with the affidavit, certificate dated 16.11.2016 issued by the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay, certifying that the balance of Rs.13,67,757/- is standing to the credit of the above Account lying in 1/2

In view of the order dated 16.09.2009, amount shall be paid over to Mansi Yeshwant Kokare, having attained majority. Judge's order is separately signed.
