Learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs seeks discharge for the Advocate appearing for them. Learned Counsel submits that no objection certificate has already been issued to the Plaintiffs for appointment of a new advocate.

The new Advocate, who appears on behalf of the Plaintiffs, tenders a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of Plaintiff No.1 company authorising the Advocate to represent the Plaintiffs and apply for withdrawal of the suit. An authorised representative of the company, Shrawanlal Vaishya, who is also authorised to represent Plaintiff No.1 company and sign, verify and declare plaint, etc. on its behalf by the same resolution, is also present in court. The resolution

The Plaintiffs' existing Advocate is discharged by allowing Chamber Order (Lodging) No.1344/2018. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. Refund of court fees in accordance with the applicable rules. In view of the disposal of the suit, the notice of motion does not survive and the same is also disposed of. (S.C. GUPTE, J.)
