Perused the Petition. Though a copy of the Petition is served on all the Respondents, Respondent No.3 is not present. Respondent NO.1 has already given its consent which the learned Arbitrator has recorded. The learned Advocate for Respondent NO.2 states that he has no objection if the Petition is allowed. In view thereof, the above Arbitration Petition is allowed and time granted to the learned Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties and pass his Award is extended by six months from the date of this order.
