Shri Poojari for the plaintiff/applicant seeks leave to withdraw the notice of motion.

The notice of motion dismissed as withdrawn.

Shri Poojari states that issues have already been settled in the matter and the plaintiff has filed its affidavit of documents and compilation of documents in the registry. The counsel also confirms having served a copy of the affidavit of document and compilation of documents upon the defendants.

Within two weeks from today, both parties will give/take inspection of the documents relied upon and also exchange statements of admission and denial with reasons for denial. On or before 13th February 2017, the plaintiff to also file its list of witnesses and affidavit in lieu of examination in chief of their first witness and serve copy thereof upon the defendants.

Stand over to 20th February 2017 for receiving plaintiff's documents and evidence on record, on which date the plaintiff's first witness shall remain present in Court.
