Suit dismissed as withdrawn. Refund of court fees, if any in accordance with rules. Interim applications accordingly stand disposed. Ms. Mehta, counsel for plaintiffs states that plaintiff no.1 shall not re-enter the suit premises and/or harass defendant no.1, who is his mother. Ms. Mehta states that being their dutiful son, plaintiff no.1 will look after his mother the way every son would look after his mother. Statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. Should the mother send an invitation to the son to visit her at the suit flat, certainly the son can enter the flat but he shall not create any nuisance. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.) Gauri Gaekwad
