The argument of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is that there is a civil contempt. Though there was an ad-interim order passed by this court, show cause notices have been issued and one such instance is pointed out of a show cause notice issued to one Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, copy of which is at page 96 of the paper book.

After perusing the contempt petition and all annexures thereto, we do not think that in the given facts and J.V.Salunke,PA

22-CP.70.2015.doc circumstances, mere issuance of a show cause notice would mean acting contrary to the restraint order passed by this court. There is nothing coercive in the acts brought on record, which would amount to defeating the restraint and prohibition by the adinterim order. The contempt petition is entirely misconceived. It is dismissed.
