There is no dispute that arbitration agreement exist between the parties. Though arbitration agreement provides for appointment of three arbitrators, learned counsel appearing for parties state that their clients have no objection if sole arbitrator is appointed.

By consent of parties, Shri Justice Mohit Shah, Former Chief Justice of this court is appointed as the sole arbitrator. Arbitration applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
