By this Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking direction against the Respondents to permit the Petitioners' members who have made payment of 50% of the license fees for the financial year 2021-2022 as per May, 6 Order and May 13 order to carry on their business to the extent permissible under the applicable COVID-19 circulars. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that in view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in the Application. The statement is accepted.
